Our Story

Mabi Global Consulting Ltd was founded by Evariste Tshindio, a development strategist with decades of experience supporting NGOs, community platforms, and impact initiatives across Europe and Africa.

Evariste has worked with refugee and migrant organisations, diaspora networks, advocacy platforms, and development actors navigating funding and governance systems. His approach combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to community-led leadership.

We strengthen organisations that are closest to the challenges, and often closest to the solutions.

 

Many grassroots groups have strong ideas and community trust but limited access to strategic support or funding structures. We help address that gap.

How We Work

Our approach is collaborative and practical. We work with leadership teams to build internal clarity and systems that support long-term growth.

We operate from the UK with strong links to the Democratic Republic of Congo, supporting networks such as AIG-RDC and facilitating cross-border partnerships.
